Shipping & Returns
US SHIPPING
We ship all
orders via USPS method that you select at checkout. All orders will be shipped based on availability and can take from 2-7 business days. Shipping charges are based on a 2 item scale, any more than 2 items additional charges may apply.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Our default shipping rates are for delivery within the United States.
Customers from outside the USA will have to choose a shipping method from our menu. The rates will be calculated for expedited shipping before submitting the final order. International shipping can take from 2-3 weeks for delivery, and may be based upon availability. Shipping charges are based on a 2 item scale, any more than 2 items additional charges may apply.
We use USPS First-Class International, Priority International and UPS (United Parcel Service) International
for all our International deliveries. Expedited shipping methods other than UPS are tracked to Customs Authority only. As you are ordering from another country
you may be charges customs or duties fees by your countries Customs
Authority. Your shipping fee collected by us at checkout does not cover
these fees. You are responsible for paying customs/duties charges. We
do not maintain a database of every countries duties fees - you will
need to contact your Customs Authority to determine the amount they
will charge you. If an order is returned to us due to non-payment of
customs or duties - we will refund the price of the item, but the
shipping charges will not be refunded. If the postal service charges us
for the return postage for non-payment of customs or duties that amount
will also be deducted from the merchandise price.
We will indicate the full value of the merchandise that you are
ordering on the customs documentation. You package will be insured for
the amount on the Customs Forms. We can mark the package a Gift if you
are sending a gift. Please make that request in the text box during
checkout.

Please email

returned because of defects only. Returned items will be given store
credit.
